I had grown multiple successful businesses, an amazing relationship, but was going on booze and party benders for days on end, filling myself up with junk food each day, and relying on sugar, caffeine and everything else to pull me through my sleep deprived miserable existence.
“Nothing works for me, what’s the point?”
“I’m different,” I thought.
Sadly, I still felt “different” on the June 21st 2014 when I took myself to the Cardiologist because I was pretty sure I was going to have a heart attack.
My anxiety was so bad that I was experiencing tachycardia regularly and was completely convinced my life was over at just 35...
I felt sorry for myself, I doubted myself, and I refused to think any differently.
But the truth is, I’m just a regular guy from Camroden, NY who nobody thought would end up being successful. There’s nothing special, unique or different about me at all.
I’ve had many of the same experiences other people have had, including you, and I’ve chosen to deal with them in various ways. Some good, some bad.
I used to deal with them one way, which nearly drove me directly into the proverbial brick wall...
And then from that day on I started dealing with them differently, which has now got me to where I am today, doing what I love - helping other people to sort themselves out.
So no matter who you are, what you’ve done, how you feel, it all begins and ends with you.
